dOrg is realizing the vision of a decentralized world not only through the tech we build for clients, but also in the way we run our organization. That’s why we have multiple ways for any member to contribute to internal needs:
- Swarm: Permissionless funding for spontaneous/one-off contributions.
- Initiatives: Pre-approved projects with fixed scope that advance dOrg’s strategic objectives.
- Roles: Pre-approved roles with ongoing responsibilities in distinct domains.
- Ops Meetings - open to all members every Friday @ 11am EST
- Ops Budget Sheet - tracks payments for all internal work.
- Dework Board - tracks work items across all internal work streams.
