In this guide you will find the process to design and add your signature card to your dOrg email.
Step 1️⃣
Click on the following link and edit "Your Name" and "Your Role". If you want to add other direct channels of communication with you, use the signature example of the right and link them.
Step 2️⃣
Once you have your card ready you must select it all and click on copy to clipboard.
Step 3️⃣
Open your dOrg gmail, click on settings, then see all settings, scroll down to signature and click on "Create new", name it and copy the signature in the white box.
With your own preference, select to use your new signature for new emails you send and for replies or forward emails. Then click "Save Changes".
CONGRATULATIONS 👏👏!! Your signature has been added to your account emails and now it will be easier for people outside of dOrg to communicate with you in different ways.
