Hiring Process

Responsible Roles: Talent Coordinator, Technical Interviewer

First Interview

Interview with the Talent Coordinator to ensure that the candidate is aligned with our vision, mission and values.

After the interview, you will receive an email communicating if the candidate moves to the next round.

Second Interview

This part of the process is divided into two different branches depending if the candidate has a technical or non-technical background

  • Technical Interview: 45 minutes with the Technical interviewer to ensure that the profile has the minimum skills that we are looking for based on seniority and stack.
  • Non-Technical Interview: 45 minutes with any Coordination Lead to ensure that the profile has the minimum skills we are looking for based on seniority.

๐Ÿ‘‰ The second round interviewer may request a follow-up coding challenge or business case study if they need more data points.

DAO Vote

If both interviewers approve, the Talent Coordinator will create a Snapshot vote for approval.
