This guide will help you take your first steps inside dOrg.
After you have applied to join (see link in home page) and successfully passed through the hiring process, our Member Experience Facilitator will reach out to help you onboard.
First things first, the boring stuff!
The onboarding process has:
First phase
✔️ Contractor Agreement signed through PandaDoc
✔️ Tax form submitted (W-9 for US or W-8BEN for non-US)
Second phase
✔️ dOrg email activated
✔️ dOrg email signature activated
✔️ dOrg calendar integrated to your primary calendar
✔️ dOrg forum account created (using your dOrg email)
✔️ dOrg Discord private channels access
✔️ dOrg Github member
✔️ Onboarding form submitted
✔️ Orientation call scheduled
⚠️ Important accounting advice!
✔️ Create another wallet just to receive dOrg payments and tokens (and stick with it)!
✔️ (Optional) Create a new exchange account if you need to transfer USDC to FIAT.
These actions will help you and dOrg declare taxes!
